Socket Weld Flanges Class 150 are developed for plumbing or welding applications with air, water, natural gas, or steam. 150 psi WOG at 150°F. Threaded Flanges Class 150 allow easy access to piping systems by bolting 2 flanges together with a gasket to create a tight seal. For use with air, water, oil, natural gas, and steam. 304 stainless steel offers very good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel has a higher nickel content, for even greater corrosion resistance. Use with standard wall (Schedule 40) pipes and nipples; no welding is required. Max. pressure: 150 psi Temp. range: -60° to 450°F. Forged Flanges Class 300 are designed for use with Schedule 40 or 80 stainless steel pipe, in applications with air, water, natural gas, and steam. Each features a raised face. No welding is required.

Blind Flanges

Sometimes referred to as blanking flanges, these blind flanges can be used to blank off pipelines, valves, and pumps. They can also be used as inspection covers. Use with Schedule 40 or 80 stainless steel pipe, in applications with air, water, natural gas, and steam.

Use with air, water, oil, natural gas, and steam. Max. pressure: 150 psi Temp. range: -60° to 450°F. Lap Joint Flanges

Lap Joint Flanges Class 150 allow easy access to piping systems by bolting 2 flanges together with a gasket to create a tight seal. 304 stainless steel offers very good corrosion resistance. 316 stainless steel has a higher nickel content, for even greater corrosion resistance. Use with either a stub end or taft, which is butt welded to the pipe, with the flange loose behind it. Easy assembly and alignment. Ideal for use in frequently cleaned or inspected low-pressure systems. Use with air, water, oil, natural gas, and steam applications. Max. pressure: 150 psi Temp. range: -60° to 450°F.

Lap Joint Flanges Class 300 are designed for use with Schedule 40 or 80 stainless steel pipe, in air, water, natural gas, and steam applications. Rotate for easy alignment with bolt holes. No fluid contact. Excellent for applications that require frequent dismantling. Not recommended for high-pressure or high-temperature applications. Forged flanges have a raised face.
